چکیده
Abstract Background Circadian disruption is often associated with aggravation of atherosclerosis; however, the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying atherogenic initiation in normolipidemic diet remains unclear. Most studies done for understanding circadian induced atherosclerosis have been carried out murine model hyperlipidemia atherosclerosis. The present study investigates pro-atherogenic events response to chronic photoperiodic manipulation chronodisruption (PMCD) C57BL/6J mice fed laboratory chow diet. Results results were compared by high fat fructose (HFHF) combined effects HFHF and PMCD on also investigated possible synergy both variants. HFHF+PMCD groups recorded increments body weight gains serum lipid parameters (TC, TG, LDL-cholesterol, VLDL) a decrement HDL-cholesterol as control group. However, group gain similar that group, but (TG significantly elevated HDL levels lowered. prominent hypertrophic remodeling, higher collagen deposition, elastin derangement, along endothelial dysfunction, its activation, macrophage infiltration, observed thoracic aorta all three experimental groups. But mRNA immunoblots heat shock protein 60 (HSP60) was found be maximum followed Conclusion Laboratory feeding coupled mediated overexpress HSP60 turn plays central role remodeling mice.

Age-associated pro-inflammatory adaptations of the mouse thoracic aorta.
Arterial ageing may be associated with a reduction in vasodilation due to increased reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, whereas endothelial cell activation induces procoagulant changes. However, little is known on the effect of ageing on expression of anticoagulant endothelial markers such as endothelial protein C receptor (EPCR). To study age-associated alterations in smooth muscle cell ...
متن کاملRemodeling of the thoracic aorta after bone marrow cell transplantation.
Stem cells are characterized by their ability to differentiate into multiple cell lineages and display the paracrine effect. The aim of this work was to evaluate the effect of therapy with bone marrow cells (BMCs) on blood glucose, lipid metabolism and aortic wall remodeling in mice through the administration of a high fat diet and subsequent BMCs transplantation. C57BL/6 mice were fed a contro...
متن کاملChanges in vascular reactivity of the coronary artery and thoracic aorta in the delta sarcoglycan null mutant mice
Introduction: Mutations in the delta sarcoglycan gene (d-SG) cause limb-girdle muscular dystrophy type 2F with structural and functional alterations in cardiac, smooth and skeletal muscle. The objective of the present study was to improve information about changes in vascular reactivity of the thoracic aorta and the coronary artery in the perfused heart of the d-SG-null mutant mouse model. ...
متن کاملDietary saffron reduced the blood pressure and prevented remodeling of the aorta in L-NAME-induced hypertensive rats
Objective(s):The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of nutritional saffron (Crocus sativus L.) stigma hydroalcoholic extract on blood pressure (BP) and histology of the aorta in normotensive and hypertensive rats. Materials and Methods: Saffron (200 mg/kg/day) was given orally for 5 weeks to normotensive and hypertensive rats. Hypertension was induced by NG-nitro-L-arginine meth...
متن کاملThe Effect of Chronic Administration of Silymarin on Contractile-Relaxation Response of Thoracic Aorta of Diabetic Rats
Background and Aims: Diabetes mellitus is accompanied with higher incidence of cardiovascular disorders. There is some evidence on antidiabetic potential of silymarin. In this study the effect of chronic administration of silymarin on contractile-relaxation response of thoracic aorta of diabetic rats was investigated. Methods: In this experimental study, male Wistar rats were divided into 5 gro...
